Getting a Building and Pest Inspection completed by The Hunter Inspector is a simple process. We know that purchasing a property is already a difficult and stressful time, which is why we focus on making our part of the process as simple as possible.
Step 1: Requesting a Building and Pest Inspection
We know people are different, some are talkers, some are typers; which is why you can arrange your building and pest inspection with The Hunter Inspector in number of ways, call, text, online chat, or you can request a quote online.
Step 2: Organising your Inspection
This step is super simple, you don’t have to do anything! The Hunter Inspectors office staff will organise access to the property with the Real Estate Agent, Vendor or Tenant, booking your inspection in as soon as possible.
Step 3: Completing your Inspection
The Hunter Inspector doesn’t rush inspections, ensuring a quality result; he spends his time accessing all areas of the property to which reasonable access can be gained. The areas which we inspect include:
- Roof Exterior
- Roof Void
- Any additional structures within close proximity of the dwelling
- Gardens & Trees
- Fence Lines
Step 4: The Follow Up Phonecall
You will receive a follow up phonecall from The Hunter Inspector on the afternoon of your inspection. During this phonecall The Hunter Inspector will give you a general run down of the property as well as communicate any concerns or surprises.
Step 5: Receiving your Building and Pest Report
Your report will be delivered the following day typically by 9:00am. This will be sent to you in PDF format via e-mail. We are also able to arrange other methods if e-mail is not appropriate for you.
