We service vast area of the Hunter Valley. We venture as far North as Tea Gardens, West to Singleton, South to Lake Macquarie and all along the coast. If you fall outside this area but would still like to use our services or are just after some advice, feel free to call the office as we often make special trips outside our boundaries to service those after premium building and pest inspectors.
Approximately 1.5 hours on site. Our inspector spends a great deal of time on-site ensuring that he has inspected all accessible areas of the property to which he can reasonably gain access. Inspection duration typically varies depending on the type and size of the dwelling; whether or not the inspector has access to a subfloor area and a roof void will also mean the duration may be longer.
Payments can be made in the form of Cash, Cheque, Bank Deposit, or Credit Card. Payments are typically made prior to the completion of your inspection/handover of reports. Payment details will be sent to you in your agreement that you will receive prior to inspection taking place.
Of course. As part of our dedication to top quality customer service our inspector will give you a follow up phone call as soon as possible after your inspection has been completed. Phone calls will be made no later than the evening of your inspection.
The very next day! All of our building & pest inspection reports are sent out the following day to your e-mail address; typically by 9:00am.
